Gerrit Cornelis van Lambaart, born 26 April 1902[1] in Rotterdam, son of the unmarried Johanna Hendrika Zwaneveld. He awas acknowledged and legitimate by Gerrit van Lambaart as his son at the marriage of his parents in 11904. He died 25 October 1946[2][3].
Gerrit Cornelis van Lambaart married 17 September 1925 in Weltevreden, Nederlandsch-Indië, with the native woman Joh. Daijem. Joh. They divorced by verdict of the Raad van Justitie in Batavia of 12 February 1937. Joh. Daijem was born in Cheribon in 1902
Gerrit Cornelis van Lambaart was conscripted into the 16th Infantry Regiment of the Dutch Army on 3 November 1922 and transferred to a voluntary contract for overseas military service on 7 July 1923. He left Amsterdam on September 23, 1923 for the Dutch East Indies[4]. Van Lambaart served as gunner at the artillery of the KNIL[5]
He was buried at the Ereveld Kembang Kuning in Surabaya.[6]
